The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and comfy, like a nice little retreat. The blend of old castle charm with modern decor made it feel special. The bathroom was updated and quite luxurious too. I really appreciated the free movies available, adding a nice touch for relaxation. But, there were crumbs left under the coffee table, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, the room was more about the aesthetic and comfort, which I loved!

Had an amazing time with my friends! The scenery amidst the vineyards was stunning, and we enjoyed day trips to Florence and Siena. The spa was sublime, featuring thermal pools and meditation classes. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we loved the Michelin-star dining experience.

One downside was the minor confusion over room service gratuity, as the server seemed to expect a tip despite a service charge being included.

our family had a fantastic time in como! the outdoor pool area is gorgeous, and we loved the kid-related welcome gifts. the complimentary fruits while relaxing by the pool were a nice touch, too. plus, it's super convenient to explore la gramola from here.
